SendPulse websites have a Custom code tab in Site settings. Code you add there goes on all pages of the site.

Get your snippet

Open Site settings

In SendPulse, go to Websites, select your site and click Site settings.

Add the code

Open the Custom code tab, click Add code to site and choose the <body> section.

Name, add and publish

Name the code, paste the full snippet and click Add. Then publish your site to see the chat.
