Open WordPress admin from 10Web. In the 10Web dashboard, click the W icon on your site's card to log straight into wp-admin — or just add /wp-admin to your site address. Go to Plugins → Add New, search for WPCode (or Insert Headers and Footers), then Install Now and Activate.

Paste the snippet into the header box. Open the plugin's header and footer screen — in WPCode that is Code Snippets → Header & Footer — paste the snippet into the Header field and save. Clear the 10Web cache if Booster is on, reload the site, and the chat bubble is there.
