Add AI Chatbot to Your Mobile App

Integrate Asyntai chatbot into iOS, Android, React Native, and Flutter apps

Overview

You can add the Asyntai chat widget to your native mobile app by opening a fullscreen chat URL in a WebView. This gives you the exact same chat experience as on your website, with all your customizations and AI training preserved.

How it works: Your app opens a special fullscreen chat URL in a WebView or in-app browser. The chat loads instantly and users can interact with your AI assistant just like on your website.

Your Chat URL

Once you're on a paid plan, your fullscreen chat URL will be:

https://asyntai.com/app-chat/YOUR_WIDGET_ID/

You can find your widget ID and ready-to-use code snippets in Integrations > Mobile App.

How It Works

  1. User taps your button - Add a "Chat" or "Support" button in your app
  2. App opens WebView - Your app opens the chat URL in a WebView or in-app browser
  3. User chats - The fullscreen chat loads with your AI assistant
  4. User closes - User taps the native back/close button to return to your app

Get Started

To integrate the chat into your mobile app:

  1. Make sure you're on a paid plan (Starter, Standard, or Pro)
  2. Go to Integrations > Mobile App
  3. Copy your chat URL and platform-specific code snippets
  4. Add the code to your app
