Overview

Include Images lets your AI chatbot show images during conversations. Add product photos, diagrams, screenshots, or any visual content - the AI will automatically display relevant images when visitors ask related questions.

Each image needs a description that tells the AI when to show it. The better your description, the more accurately the AI will know when to display the image.

How It Works

  1. Add an image - Paste the image URL and write a description
  2. AI learns context - The description tells the AI when to show it
  3. Automatic display - AI shows the image when visitors ask relevant questions

Can you show me the smartwatch?
Here's our Smartwatch Pro:
Product image
It has a sleek minimalist design with a white band. Would you like to know about its features?

Adding an Image

To add an image, you need two things:

Image URL Direct link to your image (JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP) https://example.com/images/product.jpg
Description Tell the AI when to show this image Product image for Premium Widget - show for questions about appearance or design

Tip: Write descriptions that explain both what the image shows AND when to display it. For example: "Size chart for t-shirts - show when customers ask about sizing or measurements."

Good Description Examples

The description helps the AI understand when to show your image:

Good
"Product comparison chart showing Basic vs Pro features - display when users ask about differences between plans or which plan to choose"
Good
"Screenshot of the dashboard settings page - show when users need help finding settings or configuration options"
Too vague
"Product image"
Too vague
"Chart"

Use Cases

Images work great for:

Product Photos Show what products look like
Size Charts Help with sizing questions
Screenshots Guide users through your app
Diagrams Explain complex concepts

Image Requirements

  • Direct URL - The URL must link directly to the image file (ending in .jpg, .png, etc.)
  • Publicly accessible - The image must be viewable without login
  • Supported formats - JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP

Important: Make sure your image URL is a direct link to the image file, not a webpage containing the image. The URL should end with an image extension like .jpg or .png.
