Overview
Chat Analytics gives you a complete picture of how visitors interact with your AI chatbot. Track message volume, see which pages generate the most conversations, and understand your audience by country and device.
All data updates in real-time. Switch between time ranges to spot trends and patterns in visitor behavior.
Key Metrics
The dashboard displays four main statistics at a glance:
- Total Messages - All messages exchanged between visitors and your chatbot
- Pages with Chats - Number of unique pages where conversations occurred
- Countries - How many different countries your visitors come from
- Unique Chats - Total number of individual chat conversations

Filter your analytics by time period using the buttons in the header:

Chat Trends Chart
The interactive line chart shows your chat activity over time. You can:
- View multiple metrics - Total Messages, Pages with Chats, Countries, and Unique Chats are all displayed
- Toggle lines - Click legend items to show/hide specific metrics
- Hover for details - See exact values for any date

Tip: Click any page URL to see all conversations that happened on that specific page.
Geographic Breakdown
The Top Countries section shows where your visitors are located, based on IP geolocation. Each country displays a progress bar indicating its share of total chats.
Device Breakdown
See what devices visitors use when chatting. This helps you ensure your chatbot works well across all platforms.
Filtering Chats
All items in the analytics dashboard are clickable. When you click on a page, country, or device, a modal opens showing all chats matching that filter.

Click a chat in the modal to open the full conversation

See first question, message count, time, and location
Website Switcher
If you have multiple websites, use the dropdown in the header to switch between them. Analytics will reload for the selected website.
Note: Chat Analytics is available on Starter, Standard, and Pro plans. Free plan users see a preview with locked data.
